1. Delete a website plan
Open RoomWish in the browser you used to create the plan. On the room-styling screen choose Delete this plan and its photos, then confirm.
This removes that plan’s uploaded photos, previews, linked quote request and associated interview text and gift email. A pending gift request is withdrawn. Limited duplicate-prevention and gift-fulfilment records may remain; use the support route below to request their review or deletion. If you created several plans, identify each one you want removed.
2. Delete WhatsApp pilot data
From your participating number, send DELETE (or 删除) to the RoomWish styling bot you used. While the test service is active, the command removes your RoomWish test profile, queued messages and stored WhatsApp previews. You will lose the remaining test allowance. No confirmation message is sent after the profile is erased.
This does not delete a separate website plan, messages already on your phone, or records held independently by WhatsApp or other providers. STOP only pauses processing; it does not delete records.
If the bot is inactive, your test has expired, or you want confirmation, contact Roomkind support · WhatsApp +65 9664 1431. This support number is separate from the styling bot.
3. Request deletion through support
Message Roomkind support · WhatsApp +65 9664 1431 with “RoomWish data deletion request”. Tell us which records you want removed and, if available, your plan/quote reference or the WhatsApp number used for the pilot. To identify a gift request, you may provide the email used for that request. No purchase or active subscription is required.
We may ask you to confirm ownership through the original contact channel. We will acknowledge the request, explain any necessary verification and confirm the outcome or any records we must retain. Never send your password, API key, payment-card details or identity documents in an initial request.
If you lost browser access, this support route can also help with a website plan. Please describe when you used the service and any reference you saved, so we can locate the correct record without disclosing someone else’s information.
What may remain
Records necessary for an unresolved dispute, legal obligation or proportionate abuse prevention may need to be retained. Research gift status or a duplicate-prevention hash can remain after the website’s self-service deletion. Ask support for a review of these remaining records. RoomWish deletion does not automatically remove copies already downloaded by you or provider records outside our control.
