What the pass covers
The paid option is an AI viewing and styling fee, not a furniture deposit. The interview option requires no payment. The planned pass lasts 30 days from WhatsApp activation and includes 30 successful previews. A new style counts as a new preview; failed generations do not.
The S$100 first-month rental credit includes your S$9.90 payment; it is not an additional cash refund. One credit per person, redeemable against a whole-home furniture rental. Furniture and rental terms require a separate confirmed quote.
Once service has been provided, choosing not to rent furniture or changing your mind does not qualify for a refund. Contact support if we cannot deliver the service or you are charged twice. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Photos are used to provide the styling service, transmitted through WhatsApp/Meta and processed by BytePlus. Share only photos you have permission to use, avoiding faces, documents and private details.
